Hardworking Black and Hispanic voters in America are realizing that DEI initiatives and programs are not making a difference. More minorities are experiencing the impact of inflation and rising prices, which make it very challenging for them to get by financially and earn a decent living.

Many good and sensible people were quick to post on Facebook, letting the world know how they felt about a “white” cop shooting a black man in his car. Turning it into a white-on-black crime. Come to find out, however, the officer wasn’t actually white. He was Hispanic.

On the surface, equity seems to be fair, just, and impartial. But upon further investigation, you find that the outcome of equity is anything but fair, just, and impartial.
