Protestant Response to Catholics Praying To Saints

I have concerns about the interpretation of the "prayers of the saints" and the doctrine upheld by the Catholic Church. The veneration of the saints can be a slippery slope. It's risky to assume that just because the saints are in heaven, their access to God is more potent, giving their prayers more efficacy. This assumption on the part of Catholics undermines praying in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18). #catholic #prayer #catholicchurch #protestant
